Application for approval of the ACA - Ace Constructions Australia Pty Ltd, Ace Construction & Rigging Pty Ltd & ACECOM Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2015-2018.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the ACA - Ace Constructions Australia Pty Ltd, Ace Construction & Rigging Pty Ltd & ACECOM Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2015-2018 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). It has been made by Ace Construction & Rigging Pty Ltd; ACA - Ace Construction Australia Pty Ltd and ACECON Pty Limited. The agreement is a multi enterprise agreement.

[2] The Agreement was lodged within 14 days after it was made.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss186, 187 and 188 of the Act as are relevant to the application for approval have been met.

[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s54 of the Act, will operate from 20 August 2015. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 20 August 2018.
