1  Name of principle

This principle is the Accountability Amendment Principle 2014 (No. 1)

2  Commencement

This amending principle commences the later of:

(a)    the day after this instrument is registered; and

(b) the day Schedule 1 to the Aged Care and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014 commences.

However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur.

3  Authority

This principle is made under the Aged Care Act 1997.

4  Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1  Section 9

Omit “63-1(1)(m)”, substitute “63-1(1)(l)”.

2  Paragraph 10(2)(b)

Omit “63-1(1)(m)”, substitute “63-1(1)(l)”.

3  Paragraph 10(2)(c)

Omit “63-1(1)(m)” (wherever occurring), substitute “63-1(1)(l)”.
