1. The applicants apply for special leave to appeal from orders of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Derrington, Button and Jackman JJ) declaring that, on its proper construction, the term "location insured" as it appears in Exclusion 3.12 of a written policy of insurance dated 27 June 2014 issued by the respondents to the Named Insured being Roads and Maritime Services means the location of the loss or damage caused by the event referred to in that exclusion which is covered under the policy.

2. The application does not raise a question of law of public importance sufficient to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal and otherwise advances no arguable ground of appeal against the unanimous decision of the Full Court.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
