Accident Compensation (Employer Claim Report Revocation) Regulations 2007

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the prescribed employer claim form in the Accident Compensation Regulations 2001.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 253 of the Accident Compensation Act 1985.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

4Prescribed employer claim form revoked

In the Accident Compensation Regulations 2001[1]—

(a)regulation 15 is revoked;

(b)Form 3 in Schedule 5 to those regulations is revoked.
