ACCESS LICENCE DEALING PRINCIPLES ORDER 2007
New South Wales Murray Regulated River Water Source
Lower Darling Regulated River Water Source
PURSUANT to section 71Z of the Water Management Act 2000, I, DAVID HARRISS,
as delegate for the Minister for Water, do by this Order regulate or prohibit the kinds
of dealings that may be effected under Chapter 3, Part 2, Division 4 of the Water
Management Act 2000 in the New South Wales Murray Regulated River Water
Source and Lower Darling Regulated River Water Source as defined in the Water
Sharing Plan for the New South Wales Murray and Lower Darling Regulated Rivers
Water Sources 2003 on the terms set out in Schedule 1 of this Order.
This Order revokes the previous Order dated 30 April 2008 made under s71Z of the the Government Gazette on 30 April 2008, No 47 at page 2962.
Water Management Act 2000 for the New South Wales Murray Regulated River
This Order takes effect on the date of publication on the NSW legislation website and will continue in force whilst the Order dated 10 November 2006 made under s60(2) of the Water Management Act 2000 for the New South Wales Murray Regulated River
Water Source and the Lower Darling Regulated River Water Source remains in force unless this Order is repealed or modified before that date.

Schedule 1
1. A dealing under sections 71T or 71V of the Water Management Act 2000 is prohibited if the application for the dealing is received after 31 May and before 1 July in any year
2. Subject to paragraph 1, the access licence dealing rules established by Part 10 of the Water Sharing Plan for the New South Wales Murray and Lower Darling Regulated Rivers Water Sources 2003 will continue to apply to applications for dealings whilst an order under s60(2) of the Water Management Act 2000 remains in force.
