1. This Act shall be incorporated with "The Absent VotersIncorporation.

vided for by the previous section, shall forward the necessary certificfite and voting paper through the post as a registered letter, addressed to the applicant at the address given in the application.
5, The procedure in respect to the issue and use of certificates

I. The elector shall not be required to acknowledge the receipt of the certificate and voting-paper in the receipt book provided for by the principal Act, and the provisions of sections 5 and 6 of the principal Act shall not apply:
11. The Returning Officer, in lieu of numbering the receipt book,

111. At the scrutiny comparison shall be made between thesignature on the voting-paper and the signature to the application, instead of between the signature to the voting- paper and the signature in the receipt book.
