Regulations under the Absconding Debtors Act 1978

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Absconding Debtors Regulations 1980.

2Amount of debt

For the purposes of sections 4(3)(d)(ii) and 14(2)(e)(ii) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $500.
