This Act may be cited as "The Aboriginals Short title Protection and Restriction ot the Sale ot Opium Acts ~ ~ ~ struction Amendment Act of 1927," ~ H1d shall be read as one with of Act. *"The Aboriginals Protection and Restriction of the Sale of Opium Acts, 1897 to 1901." 2. The Governor in Council may from time to time Reserves for by Proclaml'"tion set apart areas within the territorial swim-dh'ers. waters of Queensland and reserve the same solely for the use of 'rones Strait islands natives and Queen'sland aboriginals for getting by swim-diving pearl-shell, beche- de-mer or trochus shell from cmy port, bank, channel, reef, or cluster of reels, or any part of the same within any such a,rea.
