I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with

the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Aboriginal Land Rights Amendment (Local Aboriginal Land Councils) Act 2017, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 3 April 2017 as the day on which that Act commences.
