Aboriginal Land (North Stradbroke Island USL) Amendment Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land (North Stradbroke Island USL) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 2011.

3   Replacement of s 50A (Change to boundaries of particular city—Act, s 28(2))

Section 50A—
omit, insert—

50A   Change to boundaries of particular city—Act, s 28

For section 28(2) of the Act, the boundaries of the city of Redland as constituted under the Local Government Act 2009 are changed so the following lots are excluded—

(a)lot 9 on SP247475;

(b)lot 101 on AP23230;

(c)lot 64 on AP23224;

(d)lot 156 on AP23225;

(e)lot 55 on AP23226;

(f)lot 159 on AP23227;

(g)lot 60 on AP23219;

(h)lot 61 on SP228351;

(i)lot 63 on SP228351;

(j)lot 62 on AP23229;

(k)lot 101 on SP299983.
