Aboriginal Land (Minjerribah) Amendment Regulation 2019 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land (Minjerribah) Amendment Regulation 2019.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 2011.

3   Amendment of s 50A (Change to boundaries of particular city—Act, s 28)

Section 50A—
insert—

(k)lot 3 on SP310010;

(l)lot 12 on SP304074.

4   Amendment of sch 2 (Available State land that is transferable land)

Schedule 2—
insert—

131lot 3 on SP310010, area of 277.9ha

132lot 12 on SP304074, area of 2.905ha
