Aboriginal Land (Lake Condah and Framlingham Forest) Amendment Act 1994 (Cth)

The Parliament of Australia enacts:
2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
“
(a) oil shale and coal; and
(b) hydrocarbons and mineral oils contained in oil shale or coal or extracted from oil shale or coal by chemical or industrial processes; and
(c) petroleum within the meaning of the
Petroleum Act 1958 of Victoria; and(d) stone within the meaning of the
Extractive Industries Act 1966 of Victoria;
(a) an exploration licence under Part 2 of the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1990 of Victoria, a permit to search for stone under section 27 of theExtractive Industries Act 1966 of Victoria or a petroleum exploration permit under Part IV. of thePetroleum Act 1958 of Victoria; or(b) any other lease, licence, permit or other authority under the
Mineral Resources Development Act 1990 of Victoria or thePetroleum Act 1958 of Victoria;”.
