s1 2 s4 Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2005 No. 240, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Available Crown land that is transferable land) Schedule 2— insert — ‘17 Lot 8 on SP181523, County of Torres, Parish of Port Kennedy, 1 area of 32.56ha.’. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Transferred land that is not claimable land) Schedule 4— insert — ‘57 Lot 249 on CP900987, County of Cardwell, Parish of Ravenshoe, 2 area of 13.36ha.’.
