Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Tidal land that is available Crown land) Schedule 1— insert— ‘6 Tidal land in lot 6 on SP189946, County of Hann, parishes of Balclutha, Bookin and Urmo.’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Available Crown land that is transferable land) Schedule 2— insert— ‘35 Lots 6 and 7 on SP189946, County of Hann, parishes of Balclutha, Bookin, Kitcha and Urmo, area of 71930ha. 36 Lots 1 and 2 on SP161903, County of Hann, parishes of Balclutha and Binyo, area of 40637ha.’.
