Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 2011. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Available State land that is transferable land) Schedule 2— insert— ‘41 lot 38 on SP247304, County of Cardwell, Parish of Rockingham, area of 27.93ha 42 lot 2 on SP247308, County of Cardwell, Parish of Rockingham, area of 28.86ha 43 lot 634 on SP247307, County of Cardwell, Parish of Rockingham, area of 10.7534ha’.
