Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Available State land that is transferable land) Schedule 2— insert — ‘48 Lot 2 on SP125433, County of Cardwell, Parish of Rockingham, area of 10.86ha. 49 Lot 3 on SP171843, County of Cardwell, Parish of Rockingham, area of 10.43ha.’.
