Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Tidal land that is available Crown land) Schedule 1— insert— ‘5 Tidal land in lot 43 on SP191319, County of Canning, Parish of Woorim.’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Available Crown land that is transferable land) Schedule 2— insert— ‘34 Lot 43 on SP191319, County of Canning, Parish of Woorim, area of 24.35ha.’.
