s1 2 s5 Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 No. 61, 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Available Crown land that is transferable land) Schedule 2— insert — ‘ 7. Lots 320 and 321 on SP104316, County of Fitzroy, Parish of Booie, 1 area of 4.2034 ha.’. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Transferred land that is not claimable land) Schedule 4— insert — ‘ 39. Lots 14 and 15 on SP121904, Counties of Sidmouth and Weymouth, Parishes of Ebagoola, Falloch, Kesteven, Kinnaird, Kintore, Kitchener, Lilford, Lingen, Moojeeba, Sidmouth and Trollope, 2 area of about 193 000 ha.’. 5 Amendment of sch 5 (Aboriginal reserve land) Schedule 5— insert — ‘ 12. R2048 (Reserve for scenic (bora ground) purposes), being lot 193 on SL4360, County of Stanley, Parish of Samford, 3 area of 1.985 ha.’. 1 This land is in the vicinity of latitude 26 ° 33’59” south, longitude 151 ° 54’55” east. 2 This land is in the vicinity of latitude 18 ° 47’00” south, longitude 143 ° 31’16” east. 3 This land is in the vicinity of latitude 27 ° 24’9” south, longitude 152 ° 51’3” east.
