s1 2 s5 Aboriginal Land Amendment (No. 1) No. 331, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 58 (Tidal land that is available Crown land—Act, s 21) 3. Section 58— insert — ‘ (2) In schedule 1, a reference to a plan is a reference to a plan held by, and available for inspection in, the department. 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 59 (Available Crown land that is transferable land—Act, s 12) 4.
