s1 2 s4 Aboriginal Land Amendment (No. 1) No. 167, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991 . ˙ Replacement of pt 8 (Miscellaneous) 3. Part 8— omit, insert— PART 8—TRANSFERABLE AND CLAIMABLE LAND ˙ Tidal land that is available Crown land—Act, s 21 58. The tidal land described in schedule 1 is declared to be available Crown land. ˙ Available Crown land that is transferable land—Act, s 12 59. The available Crown land described in schedule 2 is declared to be transferable land. ˙ Available Crown land that is claimable land—Act, s 18 60. s4 3 s4 Aboriginal Land Amendment (No. 1) No. 167, 1995 SCHEDULE 1 TIDAL LAND THAT IS AVAILABLE CROWN LAND section 58 of the regulation 1. Tidal land in lot 10 on plan NPW452 1 situated in the Counties of Banks, Hann, Mosman and Warner, containing an area of about 537 000 ha and known as Lakefield National Park. 2. Tidal land— (a) in lot 4 on plan NPW42 1 situated in the County of Melville, containing an area of about 36 000 ha and known as Cape Melville National Park as at 7 June 1995; and (b) in areas A and B in lot 4 on plan NPW531 1 situated in the County of Melville and being part of Cape Melville National Park. 3. Tidal land in lot 8 on CP892329 2 , Counties of Melville and Banks, Parishes of Murdoch, Munburra and Tupia. 1 A copy of the plan is available for inspection in the Department of Environment and Heritage, 160 Ann Street, Brisbane. 2 A copy of the plan is available for inspection in the Department of Lands, 15 Lake Street, Cairns.

Land, including tidal land, described as lot 8 on CP892329 3 situated in the Counties of Melville and Banks, Parishes of Murdoch, Munburra and Tupia. 2. Land described as lot 9 on CP893401 3 situated in the County of Melville, Parish of Wakooka. SCHEDULE 3 AVAILABLE CROWN LAND THAT IS CLAIMABLE LAND section 60 of the regulation 1. Land, including tidal land, in areas A and B in lot 4 on plan NPW531 4 situated in the County of Melville and being part of Cape Melville National Park. 2. Land contained in lot 203 on plan NPW535 4 situated in the County of Banks, containing an area of about 417 ha and known as Mount Webb 3 A copy of the plan is available for inspection in the Department of Lands, 15 Lake Street, Cairns. 4 A copy of the plan is available for inspection in the Department of Environment and Heritage, 160 Ann Street, Brisbane.
