2 Aboriginal Land Amendment (No. 1) No. 82, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Land Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Aboriginal Land Regulation 1991 . ˙ Insertion of new Pt 8 3. After section 56— insert— ‘PART 8—MISCELLANEOUS ˙ ‘Declaration about tidal land (s 2.15 of the Act) ‘57. Available Crown land is declared to include the tidal land described in the Schedule. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Sch 4. After section 57— insert— ‘SCHEDULE ‘TIDAL LAND INCLUDED IN AVAILABLE CROWN LAND section 57 1.
