1.Citation

This proclamation is the Aboriginal Heritage Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2023.

2.Commencement

The Aboriginal Heritage Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2023, other than Part 1, Part 3 Division 1 and section 30, comes into operation on 15 November 2023.
