Aboriginal Development Commission
(Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Aboriginal Development Commission Act 1980.

Citation
1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Aboriginal Development
Commission (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations.
Remuneration
payable to the Chairman
2. On
and from 22 October 1981, the Chairman shall be paid remuneration at the rate
of $46,278 per year.
Allowances
payable to the Chairman
3.
On and from 22 October 1981, the Chairman is entitled to be
paid such allowances as would be payable to him if he were an officer included
in the Second Division of the Australian Public Service.
