Aboriginal Development Commission
(Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Aboriginal Development Commission Act 1980.

Citation
1. These Regulations
may be cited as the Aboriginal Development Commission (Remuneration and
Allowances) Regulations.
Interpretation
2. In these
Regulations, "the Act" means the Aboriginal Development
Commission Act 1980.
Remuneration payable to the Chairman
3. For the purposes of sub-section 46 (1) of the Act, the Chairman shall be
paid, on and from 3 September 1986, remuneration at the rate of $63,164 per
year.
Allowances payable to the Chairman
4. For the purposes of
sub-section 46 (2) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed in
relation to the Chairman, with effect on and from 3 September 1986, namely the
allowances payable to a Senior Executive Service officer of the Australian
Public Service.
