Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Amendment Act 2021[
The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
This is the
This Act comes into operation as follows —
(a) sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent;
(b) the rest of the Act — when the
Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 section 292 comes into operation.
This Act amends the
After section 292(5) insert:
(6) To the extent that regulations to which this section applies prescribe or provide for the determination of a fee that includes an amount that is a tax, the regulations may impose the tax.
