Made under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 section 2(e) by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021
Commencement Proclamation 2022.

2.    Commencement

The following provisions of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage
Act 2021 come into operation on 18 June 2022 —

(a) Part 2 (but only Division 1);

(b) Part 6 (but only Division 1 and only section 100);

(c) Part 13, but only —

(i)     Division 2 and only section 282; and

(ii)    Division 3 and only Subdivision 1; and

(iii)    Division 4 and only section 308;

(d) Part 14 (but only Division 2 and only Subdivision 1).
