s1 2 s5 Aboriginal Communities (Justice and Land Matters) No. 184, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal Communities (Justice and Land Matters) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 17 September 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal Communities (Justice and Land Matters) Regulation 1998 . 4 Replacement of s 5 (Prescribed community areas) Section 5— omit, insert — ‘5 Prescribed community areas ‘Each community area stated in schedule 15 is prescribed for section 45 of the Act. Editor’s note — section 45 (Offences relating to homemade alcohol) of the Act ’. 5 Amendment of sch 15 (Prescribed community areas) Schedule 15— insert — ‘• the community government area of the Lockhart River Shire Council’.
