1.1 The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

the Shire of Goulburn and the Shire of Waranga, approximately 1.1 kms south-south-east of Whroo township, thence generally southerly, then south-westerly then westerly along this shire boundary to a point at approximately E.315250 N.5940875 where the source of Nine Mile Creek intersects with this shire boundary, thence generally north-westerly along this creek to its junction with Wanalta Creek, which is then followed in a north-north-easterly direction to the point where it is crossed by the Goornong-Murchison Road at the eastern boundary of Wanalta township, thence westerly along the Goornong-Murchison Road to its junction with the Heathcote-Rochester Road, which is then followed in a northerly direction to its junction with the Midland Highway, thence westerly along this highway to its junction in Elmore with the Elmore-Ray wood Road, which is then followed westward to its junction with the Bendigo-Pyramid Road at Raywood, thence northerly along this road to Mitiamo, thence north-westerly along the road to Pyramid Hill to where it crosses Bullock Creek, which is followed in a northerly direction to a point, approximately E.246000 N.6003000 from where a direct northerly line is taken to intersect with the road to Terrick Terrick south of Granite Hill, thence westerly and northerly along this road to its junction with the Pyramid Hill-Leitchville Road, thence westerly to the junction with the Mincha Road in Pyramid Hill township, thence north-westerly to Mincha and westerly to Loddon Vale on the Loddon Valley Highway, which is followed north for approximately 1.5 kms to the junction with the road to Canary Island, thence westerly along this road to where it intersects with the Loddon River, which is then followed in a northerly direction to where it is crossed by the Murray Valley Highway after its junction with the Kerang-Quambatook Road, approximately 1 km west of Kerang, thence generally westerly along this road to Quambatook, thence westerly along the Dumosa-Quambatook Road to its junction with the Donald-Swan Hill Road, which is then followed in a south-westerly-direction to Dumosa, thereby completing the boundary.”.

The boundary commences at the bridge where the Murray Valley Highway crosses the Loddon River, approximately 1 km west of Kerang, thence north-westerly along the Murray Valley Highway to its junction in Swan Hill with the Moulamein-Swan Hill Road, which is followed cast, to the bridge over the Murray River, thence generally south-easterly along the Victoria-New South Wales border to the point where the Goulburn River joins the Murray River at approximately E.304600 N.6002200, thence continuing in a generally south-easterly direction upstream along the southern bank of the Goulburn River to where it is crossed at Yambuna township by the road between Echuca and this township, thence from Yambuna easterly then northerly along the road which runs through Narioka and joins the Echuca-Nathalia Road approximately 5 kms west of Picola, thence easterly along
the Echuca-Nathalia Road to the point 5 kms east of Picola where this road turns due south, thence from this point continuing due east for approximately 2.6 kms along a minor road which connects at a “T” junction with the Murray Valley Highway, approximately 9.8 kms north of Nathalia, thence north and then east along this highway to its junction with the Waaia-Bearii Road, which is then followed south to its junction with the Nathalia-Katamatite Road, thence south along this road for approximately 2.6 kms to its junction with the minor road to Mundoona, which is then followed south through Mundoona to its junction with the Shepparton-Barmah Road at Bunbartha, thence in a straight line along a bearing of approximately 30° from the southern boundary of Bunbartha township to the north-eastern tip of Loch Garry at approximately E.349600 N.5989750, thence following the eastern and then southern edge of Loch Garry to its southwestern tip at approximately E.346450 N.5988450, thence in a straight line due south to a point on the Goulburn River at approximately E.346450 N.5987700, thence generally north-westerly downstream along the northern bank of this river to the point where it is crossed by the Murray Valley Highway, thence southerly then westerly along this highway to its junction with the Mooroopna-Wyuna Road, which is then followed in a south-easterly direction to the point where it is intersected by the boundary of the shires of Deakin and Rodney, thence due south and then west along this boundary to where it intersects with the Kyabram-Tongala Road, which is then followed west for 2.4 kms to the junction of the minor road to Kyvalley, thence south-westerly then southerly along the minor road which runs to the east of Mt. Cope, thence in a straight westerly line to the summit of Mt. Bundara thence in a straight westerly line to the summit of Mt. Jim, thence in a straight south-westerly line to the summit of Mt. The boundary commences at the point where the Goulburn River joins the Murray River, at approximately E.304600 N.6002200, thence continuing generally in a northerly then easterly direction upstream along the Victoria-New South Wales border to the eastern tip of Lake Mulwala at approximately E.425700 N.6011900, thence westerly in a direct line on a bearing of approximately 95° to where this line intersects with the Murray Valley Highway at approximately E.424100 N.6012500, thence generally westerly along this Highway to where it is joined at
a “T” intersection by a minor road approximately 9.8 kms north of Nathalia, thence west along this minor road to its junction with the Echuca-Nathalia Road, which is then followed west through Picola to its junction with the road to Narioka township, thence southerly along this road to Narioka thence continuing southerly then westerly along the road between Narioka and Yambuna to the point where it intersects with the eastern bank of the Goulburn River in Yambuna township, thence generally north-westerly downstream along what is generally the northern bank of the Goulburn River to the point where this river joins the Murray River, at approximately E.304600 N.6002200, thereby completing the boundary.”.
