Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities (Justice, Land and Other Matters) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities (Justice, Land and Other Matters) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 2 January 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities (Justice, Land and Other Matters) Regulation 2008 . 4 Insertion of new s 5A Part 3— insert— ‘5A Prescribed community area—Act, s 38 ‘The community area of Doomadgee is prescribed for section 38(3) of the Act.’.
