I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform, acting under subsection 4A(1) of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005, REVOKE the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (Misbehaviour) Determination 2002.

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

This Determination ceases to have effect at the end of the day on which this Determination commences, as if this Determination had been revoked by another legislative instrument.
