Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Amendment Act 2005

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission Amendment Act 2005, fix 24 March 2005 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
