Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority

(Reserves 1834, 20927 and 22615)

Proclamation 2017

Made under the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972 section 25(1)(b) and (c) by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs.

1.            Citation

This proclamation is the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority
(Reserves 1834, 20927 and 22615) Proclamation 2017.

2.            Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the proclamation — on the day after that day.

4.	Excised lands cease to be reserved for persons of Aboriginal descent
and 3 cease to be reserved for persons of Aboriginal descent. It is declared that the lands described in Schedule 1 items 1, 2

3.            Boundaries of reserved lands altered

(1)	The boundaries of Reserve 1834 are altered by excising the land described in Schedule 1 item 1.
(2)	The boundaries of Reserve 20927 are altered by excising the land described in Schedule 1 item 2.
(3)	The boundaries of Reserve 22615 are altered by excising the land described in Schedule 1 item 3.

1.             The land being Lot 302 on Deposited Plan 49463.

2.              The land being Lot 305 on Deposited Plan 49465.

3.             The land being Lot 301 on Deposited Plan 49462.
