Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority

Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority
Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b)	the rest of the regulations — when the Public Health
(Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 section 5 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Aboriginal Affairs Planning
Authority Act Regulations 1972.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 insert in alphabetical order:

authorised officer has the meaning given in the Public
Health Act 2016 section 4(1);

5.             Regulation 7 amended

In regulation 7 delete “public health officials, and” and insert:

authorised officers and
