A provision of the Abbot Point Harbour By-laws that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, called a by-law may be called a section. Replacement of s.2 (Short title) 4. Section 2— omit , insert — ‘Short title ‘2. This by-law may be cited as the Abbot Point Harbour By-law 1984 . ’. Amendment of s.8 (Special Harbour Dues on Goods) 5.
