2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1990.

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Abattoirs Amendment Regulations
1990.

Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Abattoirs Regulations 1980* is amended—

(a) in Appendix A by deleting the amounts set out in items (i) to (v) and substituting in each place respectively the following amounts—

" 41.18 ", " 16.72 ", " 41.18 ", " 7.34 ", " 7.34 " and

" 8.36 "; and

(b) in Appendix D by deleting the amounts set out in items (a) to (d) and substituting in each place respectively the following amounts—

$1.10 ", " $1.10 ", " $0.13 " and " $0.31 ".
