AAL19
v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION, CITIZENSHIP, MIGRANT SERVICES AND MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS & ANOR
[2020] HCASL 232
M68/2020
This application for special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Logan, Markovic and Anastassiou JJ) has insufficient prospects of success to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal. The applicant requires an extension of time but it would be futile to grant the extension sought. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
