A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Productivity Commission (Repeals, Transitional and Consequential Amendments) Act 1998.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The A.C.T. Self-Government (Consequential Provisions) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 1 (Modifications)

3.1   Provisions relating to the Economic Planning Advisory Council Act 1983:

Omit the provisions.
