For the purposes of section 34 of the Workplace Health and Safety Act1989 , the code of practice entitled “The Safe Treatment, Removal and Disposal of Asbestos-Cement Sheeting and Asbestos Coated Metal Sheeting”, a copy of which is published in the same Industrial Gazette as this notice, is approved.
