PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 ( 1 ) of the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 do, by

this my Proclamation, appoint 24 February 1995 as the day on which the
following provisions of Schedule 3 to that Act commence:

(a)	items (1) (a) and (c), (3) and (4) of the provisions relating to the Crown Lands Act 1989;
(b)	items (l), (3), (4), (5), (8) (b) and (c) and (9) of the provisions relating to the Crown Lands (Continued Tenures) Act 1989;

(c) item ( 1 ) of the provisions relating to the Irrigation Act 1912;

(d) the provisions relating to the Mining Act 1992;

(e) the provisions relating to the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974;

(f) the provisions relating to the Real Property Act 1900.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence certain amendments made by the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 relating to the establishment of irrigation corporations under that Act.
