I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24 February 1995 as the day on which section 6 (2) of that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence a provision of the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 that establishes Jemalong Wyldes Plains Irrigation Limited as an irrigation corporation.
