I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 1995 to 1 September 1996 the date on which the following statutory rules are repealed by section 10 of that Act:
