By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 February 1995 as the day on which the amendments to the Teacher Housing Authority Act 1975 and the University of Technology, Sydney, Act 1989 set out in that Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Teacher Housing Authority Act 1975 and the University of Technology, Sydney, Act 1989 contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1994.

The amendments deal with the composition of the Teacher Housing Authority and

the Council of the University of Technology, Sydney.
