I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State

of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 1 1 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 1995 to 1 September 1996 the date on which the following statutory rules are repealed by section 10 of that Act:
