I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 2) 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 1995 as the day on which the amendments to the Poultry Meat Industry Act 1986 set out in that Schedule commence.
