I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Strata Titles (Staged Development) Amendment Act 1993, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1995 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the uncommenced provisions of the Strata Titles (Staged Development) Amendment Act 1993 which provide a revised scheme for the staged development of a strata parcel. (The other provisions of that Act commenced on

2 August 1993.)
