PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor (Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 1994 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the uncommenced provisions of the Liquor (Amendment) Act 1994. The provisions being commenced relate to caterer’s licences, grant of licences to corporations, the issue of penalty notices for offences under the Act and a consequential amendment.
