I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor (Further Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 1994 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the uncommenced provisions of the Liquor (Further Amendment) Act 1994. Parts of that Act (relating to the issue of certain licences with the authority of the Governor) were commenced on 14 September 1994 (the date the Bill for the Act was introduced into the Legislative Assembly).
