I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A. C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974, make the Order set out hereunder.

Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Act

1. Schedule 1 to the Growth Centres (Development Corporations) Act 1974 is amended by omitting Part 2 and by inserting instead the following Part:

2.  ALL THOSE pieces or parcels of land in the Parish of Newcastle, County of Northumberland, bounded by yellow colouring on Newcastle City Council Local Environmental Planning Sheets catalogued as Plans Nos. 6757, 6758, 6953, 6955, 6957, 6958, 7052, 7053, 7055, 7056, 7057, 7253 and 7255, respectively, copies of which are deposited in the offices of the Property Services Group.

Amendment of the Growth Centres (Honeysuckle Development

Corporation) Order 1992

2. The Growth Centres	(Honeysuckle Development Corporation)
Order 1992 is amended by	omitting clause 4.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order extends the boundaries of the Honeysuckle growth centre so as to include within those boundaries certain land in the vicinity of the existing growth centre. The Order also repeals a provision of an earlier Order by which the existing boundaries of the growth centre were established.
