GOVERNMENT PRICING TRIBUNAL ACT 1992—ORDER

I, JOHN JOSEPH FAHEY, Premier and Minister for Economic

Development, in pursuance of section 4 of the Government Pricing

Tribunal Act 1992, make the Order set out hereunder.

I certify that each of the services specified in the Order set out

hereunder is a service:

(a)	for which there are no other suppliers to provide competition in the part of the market concerned; and
(b)	for which there is no contestable market by potential suppliers in the short term in that part of the market.
