STRATA TITLES ACT 1973—REGULATION

(Relating to fees for lodging plans for registration)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Strata Titles Act 1973, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on l July 1994.

Amendment

2. The Strata Titles Act Regulations 1974 are amended by omitting from item 1 of Regulation 52 the matter “410.00” and by inserting instead the matter “460.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase from $410 to $460 the fee payable to
the Registrar-General for lodging a plan for registration as a strata plan, a strata

plan of subdivision, a strata plan of consolidation or a building alteration plan.

This Regulation is made under the Strata Titles Act 1973, including section 158

(the general regulation-making power, in particular, section 158 (1) (d)).
